Retreats

Come rest. Come remember. Come home — together.

A gathering place for the return, in the flesh — beginning in the Caribbean, with Jamaica close to my heart, and future journeys home to the continent of Africa. Sacred space to rest, reconnect with the divine within you, and walk this work alongside other women doing the same.

Why a retreat

The work is different when it's not just in your head.

Everything I teach — decolonizing the divine, the return to wholeness, sovereignty as daily practice — lives differently in the body than it does on a page or in a session behind a screen. A retreat is where the work becomes physical. Where you eat, rest, move, and sit in circle with other women walking the same road. Where the sacred stops being a concept and becomes something you can feel in the room.

This isn't a vacation with a spiritual theme bolted on. It's intentional time, held with care, built entirely around your return to yourself.

The first retreats will be held in the Caribbean, with Jamaica close to where it all began for me — the island where my own return took root. Looking further out, I'm also building toward group trips to the continent of Africa: a different kind of homecoming, for when you're ready to walk that particular return too.

What to expect

Held space, from arrival to departure.

01

Arrive & exhale

No agenda on day one beyond landing. Settling into the space, the land, and each other before any of the deeper work begins.

02

Do the work, together

Guided sessions on decolonizing the divine, ancestral connection, and sovereignty — moved through in circle, at a pace the body can actually integrate.

03

Rest, ritual, and return home

Time for stillness and integration, a closing ritual to carry the work forward, and practices to keep the return alive long after you leave.

A few honest answers

What people usually ask.

When and where will the first retreat be?

Details are still forming, but the first retreats will be held in the Caribbean — Jamaica is a prominent location, since it's where my own return took root. Exact dates, the specific island, and pricing will be shared with this list first, before anywhere else.

Will you ever host trips to Africa?

Yes — group trips to the continent are part of where this is headed, a different kind of homecoming for the women called to that particular return. These will come once the Caribbean retreats are established. Join this list and you'll hear about both as they take shape.

Do I need to have worked with you before?

No. Whether you're brand new to this work or you've been walking it with me for a while, the retreat will meet you where you are.

Does joining this list commit me to anything?

Not at all. Joining just means you'll hear first when it's real — no obligation, no pressure, unsubscribe any time.
